Mark Abraham

Mark is a Managing Director and Senior Partner with Boston Consulting Group and author of the forthcoming book, Personalized: Customer Strategy in the Age of AI, October 2024.
Mark is the founder and leader of BCG’s Global Personalization business, helped found the firm’s AI arm, BCG X, which comprises of 1,000 data scientists and engineers, and leads the firm’s work in the restaurant sector. As head of the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice in North America, Mark works with global CEOs, CMOs and CXOs on complex, multifaceted business challenges. Over the course of his 20+ year tenure at the firm, he has overseen end-to-end transformation programs for iconic clients in a wide range of industries and helped expand BCG into a globally recognized team of hundreds of marketers, data scientists, and MarTech experts who help brands deliver a unique 1:1 breakthrough customer experience.
Mark holds an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA in business studies from Oxford Brookes University.
