These Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the websites www.stmoritzlongevityforum.ch and www.stmlforum.ch (together, the “Website”), which are owned and operated by HL Forum GmbH, a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland with its registered office at San Bastiaun 50A/21, 7503 Samedan, Switzerland (the “Forum,” “we,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Website, you (the “Visitor” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.
Ticket purchases for and attendance at the St. Moritz Longevity Forum event are governed by a separate document, the Terms of Purchase and Attendance, available at the time of ticket purchase. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
1. Scope and Acceptance
1.1 The Website provides information about the St. Moritz Longevity Forum, including event details, speaker information, registration links, newsletter subscription, content downloads, and related features, which may change from time to time.
